The Show Me the Money Pro Late Model Series added a first-time winner to its history books Saturday night at Montgomery Motor Speedway (AL), as Colby Howard took the checkered flag in the 100-lap feature.
After establishing himself as one of the new young guns to watch in the Late Model scene, Howard joined Speed51’s “The Morning Bullring” Monday to discuss the victory.
“That was definitely a big win,” Howard said during the interview. “I’m still speechless about it. I don’t really know what to say. I knew Casey [Roderick] and Augie [Grill] were going to be two heavy hitters, two of the toughest guys to beat. I just listened to Anthony and my spotter Bruce, and we got it done.”
